PT Energia Prima Nusantara as Power and Green Energy Holding of ASTRA
PT Energia Prima Nusantara (the “Company”) was established on February 28, 2014, is a subsidiary of PT Pamapersada Nusantara (“PAMA”) which is initially engaged in the power generation, transmission, distribution and sales. The Company owns and operates coal fired power plant 2 x 15 MW in the Central Kalimantan area under the Commercial Electricity Business Area (“WUK”) scheme which was fully energized on August 21, 2018.
