One of the most widely used alternative energy sources is Solar Power Plants. This is certainly motivated by various natural resources which are very abundant in Indonesia. Solar Power Plant itself, whose main energy source is sunlight, is a very abundant source of renewable electricity potential.

As a country with a tropical climate, of course, the solar potential in Indonesia will be very abundant. In line with government support to develop and use energy sources that are efficient and friendly to the environment, PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) entrusted the installation and installation of solar panels to PT Energia Prima Nusantara (EPN) for the engine area, casting & Karawang assy plant.

Tuesday, February 7, 2023, PT Astra Daihatsu Motor with PT Energia Prima Nusantara represented by Mr. Eko Harry Ariadin as Deputy Director of Technology & Engineering, and Mr. Achmad Rizal Roesindrawan as Business Development Director, carried out the Kick off and Getting Commitment to start and continue the project according to with a pre-agreed agreement. This meeting also aims to communicate everything related to the project to be carried out to understand the objectives, outline, scope, and objectives of the project from both parties.

The total capacity to be installed for solar panels at PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM) is 3.2 MW (Megawatt). Hopefully, the cooperation and trust of PT Astra Daihatsu Motor in PT Energia Prima Nusantara can help and support the Indonesian government in realizing a net zero-emission energy transition for Indonesia that is environmentally friendly and makes maximum use of renewable energy.
