PT Energia Prima Nusantara (EPN) acquired a geothermal company to support the development of green energy business. EPN also signed a Subscription Agreement (SSA) to take 40.476% of the new shares issued by PT Supreme Energy Sriwijaya (SES).
SES is one of the shareholders in PT Supreme Energy Rantau Dedap (SERD), a Geothermal License holding company with a capacity of 2 x 49 MW which has been operating located in Lahat Regency, Pagar Alam City and Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra Province.
Meanwhile, SERD itself has the opportunity to increase its capacity towards 2 x 110 MW in the future, in accordance with their Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) agreement with PLN.

The signing of PPSB on Monday 7 August 2023 was represented by Mrs. Chinthya Theresa Am and Mr. Boy Gemino Kalauserang as President Director and Director of EPN, as well as Mr. Supramu Santosa and Mr. Nisriyanto as President Director and Director of SES.

The signing process was witnessed directly by Mr. Frans Kesuma as President Director of UT, Mr. Hendra Hutahean as President Director of PAMA, and Mr. Aditya Praristama as Commissioner of SE.
As is known, PT EPN is a subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk and PT Pamapersada Nusantara.
With this step, it proves that PT EPN always strives to support the achievement of net zero emissions in Indonesia in the future.
